These include: cock-a-leekie soup chicken and leek soup ; haggis ; neeps mashed turnips or swedes and tatties mashed potatoes ; cranachan whipped cream mixed with raspberries and served with sweet oat wafers ; and bannocks a kind of bread cooked on a griddle.
